Our Process

A clear website process.
No confusion. No guesswork.

From your first quote request to launch and ongoing support, we follow a structured process that keeps your project organised, transparent and focused on business outcomes.

Six steps from enquiry to launch

A repeatable, structured process that removes uncertainty from every project.

01

Submit Quote Request

You complete the project form so we can understand your business, goals, website needs, budget and timeline. This helps us prepare a relevant, accurate response rather than a generic estimate.

02

Project Review

We review your requirements and identify the best approach, platform structure, features and recurring support options. We think through the full picture before we respond, not just the build.

03

Proposal & Scope

You receive a clear proposal with scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables and optional maintenance or hosting recommendations. No vague estimates. No hidden surprises later.

04

Design & Build

We design and develop the website or system using WordPress, WooCommerce, automation tools and conversion-focused page structures. Built for your business outcomes, not just visual appearance.

05

Testing & Launch

We test responsiveness, performance, forms, tracking, checkout flows, basic SEO, security and launch readiness before going live. You only go live when it is genuinely ready.

06

Support & Growth

After launch, we support your website through maintenance, hosting, updates, improvements, reporting and future growth work. The relationship does not end at launch day.

What makes our process different

We approach every project as a business system, not a design task.

📋

Quote-first qualification

The quote form helps us qualify the project before we engage. This saves your time and ours, and means our proposals are accurate from the start.

📄

Clear project scope

Every project starts with a written scope. You know exactly what is included, what is excluded and what additional work would cost.

⚙️

Systems thinking

We think beyond design. Every build considers lead flow, automation potential, maintenance, hosting and long-term growth from day one.

🛡️

Maintenance from day one

We introduce ongoing support options at proposal stage so your website has a clear care plan from the moment it launches.

📈

Built for future growth

We build with flexibility in mind. Adding new pages, automations or integrations later should be straightforward, not a rebuild from scratch.

Process FAQ

Answers to the questions we hear most before a project starts.

What happens after I submit the quote form?
We review your submission and follow up within one to two business days. If we need any clarification before preparing a proposal, we will reach out. You will then receive a written proposal with scope, timeline and pricing.
Do you provide a fixed quote?
Yes. We provide a fixed project price based on the agreed scope. If the scope changes during the project, we document it and discuss pricing before proceeding. We do not surprise clients with unexpected charges.
How long does a website project take?
Timelines vary depending on project complexity and how quickly content and feedback are provided. A standard WordPress website typically takes three to six weeks. WooCommerce and custom development projects may take longer. Your proposal will include a clear estimated timeline.
What do you need from me?
We need your business information, branding assets, copy or content direction, and timely feedback during the review stages. The faster content is provided, the smoother the project runs. We can advise on content if needed, but the business knowledge comes from you.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance plans, support retainers, hosting and ongoing growth services after launch. We recommend discussing post-launch support at proposal stage so a plan is in place from day one.
Can you work on an existing WordPress site?
Yes. We regularly work on existing WordPress and WooCommerce websites. We assess the current setup, identify issues and recommend whether to build on the existing foundation or start fresh. Submit a quote request and we will advise based on your specific situation.
Do you offer hosting and maintenance?
Yes. We offer South African managed hosting and monthly maintenance plans. These are introduced at proposal stage and can be added to any new or existing project. Having both your hosting and maintenance with us simplifies support and speeds up issue resolution.
